Agreement

By using our website or working with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our services

Cerebro AI provides website design and development, web and mobile app development, e-commerce stores, business dashboards and admin panels, UI/UX design, integrations and backend systems, AI and automation, and related consulting and support.

Proposals and project agreements

Every project starts with a written proposal, statement of work, or contract that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price, and payment terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement applies.

Changes to scope

If you want to add or change features after the scope is agreed, we will confirm the impact on timeline and cost in writing before doing the extra work.

Payment

Payment terms, such as an upfront deposit and milestone payments, are set in each project agreement. If payments are late, we may pause work until the account is up to date. We will always tell you before doing so.

Timelines and your input

We commit to the timelines agreed in writing and will tell you promptly if anything puts them at risk. Timelines depend on receiving your content, feedback, and approvals on time; delays on either side may move delivery dates.

Ownership

Unless your project agreement says otherwise, once you have paid in full you receive the deliverables and the rights described in that agreement. We keep the right to reuse our general know-how, tools, and non-project-specific code, and we may mention your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Support after launch

Each project includes a support period after launch, as set out in the project agreement. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and new features after that period are available under a separate maintenance plan.

Third-party services

Your product may rely on third-party services such as hosting, payment gateways, app stores, or AI providers. Their own terms and fees apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information and project details confidential and share them only when needed to do the work or when required by law. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share sensitive details.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

Ending a project

Either party may end a project as set out in the project agreement. If a project ends early, you pay for the work completed up to that point and receive the deliverables produced so far.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. For active projects, the terms in place when the agreement was signed continue to apply unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
